Ibiza Campo Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes reservations need to be canceled. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Timeframe:

1. Cancellations made more than 2 months prior to the scheduled check-in date will incur no charges.

2. Cancellations made more than 1 month prior to the scheduled check-in date will result in a charge equivalent to 75% of the total stay

3. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the total stay.

Modification:

Reservation modifications are subject to availability.

No-Show: In the event of a no-show (guests failing to arrive without prior cancellation), a charge equivalent to the 100% of the stay will be applied.

Group Reservations:

For group reservations, a 30-day advance notice is required for cancellations to avoid charges.

Refunds:

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Force Majeure:

In the case of circumstances beyond your control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen events, there will be the chance to reschedule the dates.


We recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellations. Please contact us for any cancellations or modifications.
